Work was referred to Precise Building Services by Qmerit via the Ford Power Promise free charger installs program. Very easy to work with to install my car charger exactly how I wanted. Arrived on time, were respectful of my property, and cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend them!

Precise was very good when they came. Jones the electrician was very friendly and Luis offer us a deal since we are an old couple. One switch came apart and we had no lights on my living room and 2nd floor, but they came and fix it and gave us a good deal too. They are amazing. Highly recommended.

When looking for any service, I do extensive research—and even then, I’m rarely this satisfied. I almost never write reviews, but Precise Building Services truly earned it. They’ve completed a range of projects for me, including wiring a sump pump, installing outdoor outlets, and setting up lighting—all in a solid brick home with the electrical panel located on the opposite side of the house. Precise building services installed out EV charger. This involved creating a dedicated breaker in our panel and running a conduit through the wall of the house, through the entire yard and mounting the new EV charger panel on a fence. They did a beautiful job. Everything worked great. The breaker eventually failed and they came out and replaced it. Great work, nice guys who know their business, great communication, on time, friendly. Couldn't be better.

I recently hired them to install recess lighting and upgrade my circuit breaker, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The electricians were professional and respectful of my home. They arrived on time and explained to me every step in the process. The recess lighting they installed completely transformed my living room. It's so much brighter a and I love being able to adjust the intensity and color of the lights using my phone. Overall, I highly recommend them and they did an excellent job and I will definitely use them again.
