A/C Control came out to my house a week ago and did a service call and review of my system. I was not around, but my wife was here and she had a difficult time understanding the technician and he did not look at the issue surrounding the dampers in the same Review format. I said I don’t think you want me to send in a review because it won’t be very good shortly after I hit send the owner called me and asked what she could do to rectify the situation. I was overwhelmed and impressed by the professional nature of that response if you want responsiveness and transparency and honesty, you will use A/C Control I will never use another HVAC company.

And Sergio was punctual, professional, and very nice. He was knowledgeable and efficiently figured out why my AC was blowing hot air, when 2 others could not.
