I called to set up an appointment to see if there was power to the through the wall AC unit in the house I am renting…I was told that the service call will be $69 and then after diagnosing if there are additional things to be done or recommended I would then get a quote. She repeated herself a few times and I confirmed that there are no hidden costs! Well that did NOT happen! After they realized that there is power I had to pay $479!!! Apparently this is how they do business. Everyone I have spoken to were pleasant but i still feel ripped and scammed! The technician who came to the house said this happens a lot! Wow!!! The landlord will not reimburse me for this since it was not told up front! So now I’m out of this money! That could’ve been used for the new AC unit I now need to get. So sad this happen as I am big supporter of these individually owned businesses, but this definitely jaded me into thinking this way. If they would just communicate up front that would be the smart business decision.

By far the best experience I've had with a electrician company. Roberto was my tech and he added some new garage lights and they came out perfect!

Families if you want a trust company this is the one. I had a problem with my Tankless Electric Water Heater in my house. When I called the office right away the nice lady put me on schedule for the same day. The technician came on time his name is Rafael. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and detail person. Right away working and fix my problem without hot water for two weeks in Winter is pretty hard. Thank you A-lummination for your fastest and excellent service. We needed to have four smoke detectors replaced. When Omar arrived, he shook our hands before we showed him the location of each smoke detector. Omar was meticulous in his work and caring of the area. After completing the job, Omar once again shook our hands before leaving.
