The employees from Gen Pro performed an excellent job today with installation of the gas pipeline. Their names are ( Emmanuel M ) ( Alberto V ) ( David C ) ( Julian M ). I recommend these men on any projects you have going on at Gen Pro. They are an awesome outstanding group of hard working guys. They work as a team.. very professional. I appreciate all of their efforts to please you customer. Kudos to them.

AA GenPro did my maintenance this year. The tech showed up on time and with all the right materials to do the job. He was very helpful and showed me many things to help me operate the system more efficiently. Thanks I’ll use them again

Gen Pro: Both Ricardo & Oscar did a great job. Arrived on time as promised, work was completed in a professional matter. Clean up was very good. Ran a successful test of the ATS & Generator. Asked & answered any questions I had prior to leaving. Highly recommend Ricardo & Oscar and the entire Gen Pro team- start to finish.

Scottie and his delivery crew were awesome! They were efficient and ensured we were happy with the placement. They gave valuable suggestions and even moved a cabinet out of the way to ensure nothing got blocked by the generator's placement.

Eduardo did a great job on my generator service maintenance. He was on time and kept me informed about what he was doing during each step in the process. He was very professional and met my expectations.

Update to original post: I received my refund at the beginning of October. Customer Disclosure: Be careful with the deposit. I received a quote for a generator. The sales representative was really great and personal. I provided a deposit to reserve a generator. After careful review of the quote, terms, and general financial analysis, I contacted the company asking for a cancelation via email. No one responded to my emails and it took two phone calls to finally get some customer service. It has been almost two months and I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded.

Just had a home generator installed by AA GEN PRO. I highly recommend them. Excellent, professional service and support. Worked with Brian who understood our needs, spec’d and recommended the most cost effective solution. Amanda in the front office was always available and answered all my questions.
