Advance Auto Parts

I was told by the mechanic nearby to go and get a refund on a part I purchased at Advance Auto Parts. I did not have the receipt with me because I had purchased the part at another store the day before and kept the receipt at home. The store declined to refund me the money and they stated that the stores are not linked. I made the purchase with a debit card and I have a rewards account with them. They could have easily found the transaction with my phone # but refused to do anything about it.

Just left Advanced Auto Parts off Dennison. I hate when I go in a store and items incorrectly labeled and in the wrong section. Then when you ask for customer service, they barely want to get up off their ass. What the hell are they paying y’all for? I would fire both of them not going back to that location.

Alternator died on my truck. Lowe was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. He had the right alternator in stock. He also tested and charged my battery. I highly recommend his service to everyone. He helped my family in our time of. I am truly thankful and blessed to have met him and the rest of the staff there.

Always has the parts I'm looking for and friendly staff.

They're only good for oils and lubes...battery charging they suck big time can't tell me if my battery is charged. Then tell me to go to pep boys incompetent to the upmost degree

This is absolutely one of the best advance auto parts locations that I’ve visited. Lowe was extremely friendly and professional. In addition to quickly helping me find the oil filter I needed, he expressed genuine concern for my safety in confirming that I had jackstands for my oil change. I will definitely be coming here again!

Today I dealt with Lowe , and he assisted me in the problem I was having with my car . He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Both times I went in today they were totally for the customer and about giving them the best experience. Was very impressed with this store and location . Keep up the good work guys !
