I needed a part for a fleet truck that was difficult to find. Sam is the man as he was able to find the part, have it delivered to his store and i picked it up in less than 30 minutes. The store was spotless and the other employees both offered to help me before i could even get to Sam. Based upon my experience with this store and Sam...i strongly recommend

I was told that I could not return an unopened item without the receipt because they girl wasn't here when I made the purchase. The policy online stated that I can receive a store credit which I was not offered. Try hiring more competent employees in the future. Clear laziness.

I came in for a battery issue and was greeted by Atif. He went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle and explained everything throughly. I was given an H6 and needed an H8 for my type of vehicle. Not only did he install it for me, he explained the difference between the 2. I ended up purchasing more items which he was also very helpful with. Gio was able to assist with putting on my new windshield wipers and even made sure to have me test them before I left. I was dealing with car issues since the night before and came in very hot and frustrated. They were able to assist and made me calm and comfortable just by taking the extra time to help me out! I can't say enough about the help I received today from them both!

I went to this location 10 minutes before closing unable to turn my car off due to a battery in need of replacement. Not only would the staff member not install a new battery but he also was unwilling to lend me the tools to install the battery myself as "it would take me more than 10 minutes to install". I wonder if he would treat a family member this way…

just a great store. They were able to assist me with an engine light situation I had after a terrible experience at the Pep boys right next to them. They did what I asked them to do at no charge and guided me to the correct place to get my car fixed. the store is usually not busy but they will help if you ask kindly. I appreciate this store, will be coming back. THANKS CREW!!!

Absolutely the worst place to get help or ask a simple question about a part or simply getting help.
