Wow, I can’t say enough about the amazing team at Affordable Service Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electric! From the first phone call to the final installation, everyone was so kind, professional, and quick to help. Huge shoutout to Mitchell, who installed our new water heater all by himself! He showed up on time, worked so hard, did such a great job, and who clearly takes pride in his work ~ truly impressive! My fiancé and I feel so blessed to have received such outstanding service from start to finish. It’s rare to find a company that’s not only fast and reliable but genuinely cares about their customers. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you, team! ❤️

My old water heater was at its end of life and leaking. Kurt from Affordable Service was at the house in a few hours, and shortly thereafter a new heater and an installation crew came by and did a great job. I especially want to say that I was impressed with Mitchell and his partner Brenden, the two who actually did the install. They arrived in good spirits, quickly went to work, and cleaned up when they finished. They explained everything they were doing and were very pleasant and hard-working. Thanks to you all, and thanks to a company that fosters responsibility and competence in its workers.

I will never do business with this company again. The young man Nathaniel came into my home. Did the service replaced the shower faucet and unclogged the toilet when he left the shower was still not draining. I called him back and told him and he told me it would charge me another $300 service fee to come back out and to do it. The manager was supposed to call me. I spent six hours of my day messing around with the drain. It still is clogged He admitted that he should’ve caught it before he left, and it should’ve been included with the sneaking of the other drain. But since he had to come back, it would be a charge on me. I had to wait for three calls to get a copy of the receipt for what I was charged for. Shady business, they could never give me a direct price for what each thing was counting and costing me and they couldn’t produce a receipt stay away

We recently moved to the area and chose Affordable Service to activate our swamp cooler a few months ago. The experience was smooth and professional from the beginning. When we had a plumbing emergency last week, they truly exceeded our expectations. Greg arrived quickly and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He was thorough in his work and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also guided us through the next steps and recommended checking with our insurance, which was very helpful. In an emergency, emotions can run high, and we’re incredibly grateful that it was Greg who came to help. His calm presence and reassuring demeanor made a stressful situation much more manageable. He provided phenomenal service, and we couldn't be more appreciative. We also worked with Mitchell on the installation of our new water heater. He was thorough, professional, and highly knowledgeable. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing and took great pride in the quality of his work. At the time, we had another contractor in our home addressing a separate issue, and Mitchell was able to work seamlessly alongside them. Serenity helped us with scheduling and coordination. She was courteous and very helpful, making the whole process easy and stress-free. Every team member we've worked with at Affordable Service has delivered exceptional customer service. We're so glad to have found a reliable and trustworthy HVAC and plumbing company in our new neighborhood. Highly recommended!

UPDATE: have to go from 5 Stars to one, a little less than 2 months the sinks are clogged bad again. We always use the garbage disposal side to rinse and make sure nothing would cause this. We are on a fixed income , can't afford to pay over 200.00 just to get a quick fix that won't last. . After almost 20 years of build up, the kitchen sinks finally backed up. Chris and his trainee got right to work and cleared the drains, and also made sure they're were not leaks. ASP showed how great their customer service is showing up much earlier than expected. I had an excellent experience with Affordable Plumbing. They sent plumbers out very quickly and both employees were incredibly friendly and professional. Travis explained the process step by step to make sure I understood everything. They were truly kind, respectful, and clearly great at their jobs. They spoke highly and positively of their company. I highly recommend them!

Tony was a true professional. Got our water heater installed and took extra steps to ensure the safety of my family. I would definitely recommend.
