Our AC went out. Dustin Jackson and Art were here until midnight getting us some temporary air conditioners because the new AC units could not be installed for 3 more days. These two techs went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable. Great works and service guys!

These guys are great. Always proactively communicating, solving problems and recommending real life and legit solutions. So happy to be on their annual maintenance schedule.
Chris completed the replacement of the UV light bulbs on both A/C units without any issues. His performance is always excellent! However, unaware of the cost for the 2 bulb replacement kits and felt the service fee was a little high.
We love Air Authority and especially Chris W. Our amazing technician. He is a trusted advisor for a/c and he is so helpful. He explains everything and ALWAYS has a smile on his face. He is a fantastic brand ambassador for Air Authority.
So pleased that a human answered the phone on the 1st try, and showed concern for our situation. Delivered on the promise that a technician would arrive same day. Technician was respectful and quick on repairs. Price was reasonable. Will use them again!
