Air Care

We had our first service on the Comfort Care Club plan today and the experience so far has been wonderful. Service Coordinator, Joshua G, was so friendly and made it easy to sign up and schedule. Then our tech Zachary did a very thorough job inspecting our system and explaining the process. He discovered some repairs that needed to be made, and luckily on the plan we’ll get some major discounts on those, so it’s well worth the cost. Looking forward to working with AirCare for many more years!

I have been a customer of Air Care for many years and have always excellent experiences with them. Last week the fan on my HVAC system failed. Todd, who always does a thorough and effective job, came to my house the same day as my call. He diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement, and gave me instruction on how to still have heat while we waited on a new motor. Within three days, the new motor had arrived and Todd had installed it. Josh at the office was helpful as always and scheduled everything as quickly as possible. I cant’t say too many good things about this company.

Larry came to replace the control panel on our Lennox HVAC, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. He arrived right on time, was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Larry took the time to explain all our options clearly, and it’s obvious he takes great pride in his work. We had a wonderful experience and will absolutely be using Larry and Air Care again. Highly recommend!

This was our first time using AirCare Heating and Cooling, and it won't be our last. Zachary was the tech who performed maintenance on two units; our furnace and AC. We are now ready for winter and next spring. Zachary was friendly, professional, and focused on the task. He was happy to answer any questions we had, and the report that was emailed to us was the most detailed I have ever seen. We are very happy with the service provided. Would definitely recommend.

Ivan and Hunter replaced our Air conditioner and furnace today. They were highly professional, polite, timely, organized, put tarps down and were clean. They worked well as a team, very efficient. Ivan patiently showed me how to use the new app driven thermostat. I highly recommend them! I also liked that we had a personal comfort care point of contact prior to the install. Importantly, every thing is running smoothly, they did what they said they were going to do at the price quoted. No surprises.,

Ryan with Air Care came to my home to do the maintenance on the furnace ( so very important to do each season) and is very knowledgeable, courteous and answered all my questions. He is such a nice human being. When I first had Air Care to my home in the spring, they showed up, after the other co. Put a part in wrong, and my air conditioner stopped working working. They said three or more days to come back. I called Air Care and they came the same day. That is above and beyond what I had expected. Air Care is the best co. That I have ever had. I feel blessed to have found them. Knights in shining Armor.

Air Care is the way to go! Very detailed and gives you options. Other companies were $400-600 more expensive for the same HVAC humidifier model. Ivan Alvarez did a fantastic job installing ours and replaced parts that we weren’t expecting to make our system more efficient. Highly recommend!
