We’ve been using Air Design for several years, for everything from regular maintenance to emergencies (like the A/C blower shorting on us — change those filters, people!). They have never been anything less than amazing. Their communication is great. I understand needing to be able to operate from job to job by scheduling appointment windows, and not only do these guys stick to those windows, but they’ll always give a heads up as soon as they know when exactly they’ll show up. That makes a big difference in being able to plan my day. The pricing and the bids have always been incredibly reasonable and accurate to the final costs. Sean D. and Jordan just barely left after completely relocating my exterior AC unit about 30 feet away around the corner of my house and the scope of the job, the pricing, and the time estimated were all exact. Sean & Jordan were quick, clean, knowledgeable, and friendly. I only had my AC turned off for an hour before they were finished enough to turn it back on. They even cleaned the whole unit for me since it was stuck in a corner that accumulated a lot of wind-blow dirt and debris. And then they stayed for 30 minutes afterwards to make sure everything stayed working as it should after the cooling was turned back on. Call these guys whether your job is big or small. You’ll be happy you did.

I really appreciated the detailed work, honest communication, and the time he took to explain what was going on. It’s such a relief to know the system is now cooling and draining properly. Shoutout to the customer service team too—even though I couldn’t get through on the phone, they responded quickly by text and got someone scheduled to come out the same day. Truly above and beyond! What impressed me most was how Jordan took the time to educate me as a homeowner—not just fixing the issue, but also sharing what I can do for regular maintenance, what really matters, and how sometimes it’s not about going for the most expensive solution. It really showed they care about helping people, not just making a sale. Excellent service from start to finish. I’ll definitely reach out again next spring to keep everything in great shape. We've been working with Air Design for many years now. They installed our whole house humidifier, our air purifier, and more recently a new furnace. We just really love these guys. Lance sets up our appointments and is super accomidating. They do superior work and always go over details thoroughly with us. We have all of our systems serviced twice a year and our low heating/Air-conditioning costs reflect on the great maintenance they do. We added a pantry onto our home and they installed a split for that room. I can keep it wonderfully cool while I'm canning and nice and warm when I need to raise dough for rolls and bagels.

I can’t say enough good things about Sean D! He’s been our "repair" man for 3-4 years now, he’s professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my AC, what needed to be done, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone so honest, thorough, and genuinely focused on doing quality work. Sean went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We’ve been using Air Design for almost 15 years. They always provide great advice, service and installation. The office is very responsive and our service tech Jordan Is very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone we talk to is a long-term employee, and thats a big positive about Air Design as an employer as well.
