Great service & quality work. We had an issue with A/C upstairs, other company said there may be an issue with the condenser and recommended changing it ( almost $3k ). The AC is only 2-3 years and I thought there is no way that we need to change the condenser already. We ended up tuning up the unit & refilled refrigerant, it worked again for 2 days, but the AC wasn't cooling again, but I didn't want to call the company again. We found Air Star Now, and it was a great experience. He was able to identify the issue & fixed it on spot. He was very honest and kind. He also gave us some advice and recommendation that will be helpful in the future. I recommend this company for your AC needs

The entire staff at Air Star Now are excellent folks, and whatever technical problems I've had, they've had the solutions for them. Over the years I've been with many other well known HVAC providers, none of them even come close to how goods these foks are. I've recommend them to family and friends and they all have had great results I suggest you scrap any agreements with others, and go with ASN, get their standard maintenance plan, minimal charges upfront, and the best rates for everything needed, starting from day 1! I really like these folks, and I believe that you will too!

Called them for a quote. They were nice on the phone and set up an appointment for someone to come and give me a free quote for my dryer exhaust duct cleaning. Real nice guy shows up, and tells me it’ll be $2200 for dryer duct cleaning?! Not sure if this company has narcissistic pricing or they’re simply out of touch with what to charge for cleaning a simple dryer duct that should take 30-45 minutes max. Anyway, I got Franklin Air come out and do the job for $180 no questions asked! Moral - shop around for owner managed and run services because I’m sick of companies like this one fleecing people for no reason whatsoever!

Billy and his team were awesome! Professional, friendly, fast, and no mess left behind. They replaced my entire home ac system in a matter of hours in one day. These guys are great! They showed up and found the issue and took care of only what needed fixing. No haggling or lies or anything. Great prices and really fast! There is a young woman named Perla I think her name is, she is awesome! Angel was my service guy, he was really nice and fast.

Perla and her technicians are a great team of professionalism. They are always available 24/7. Anytime I needed them. They would send someone out as soon as possible. Did not matter what time it was. They accommodated my need and did a great job. Thank you Air Star for saving me from a hot summer when my AC wasn’t working. They did a great job!!!! I also recommended them to other family members and friends.
