Outstanding service! Fast and reasonable price. 2 guys came to replace a broken part in my A/C system. Professional, knowledgeable, and polite technicians. After the work was done, they cleaned everything and the replacement unit looked picture perfect. Highly recommend!

Updated Review: From 5 Stars to 1 I originally gave this company 5 stars, but I’m changing it to 1. They sent a tech who charged me $300 for a 30-minute "fix" and the exact same issue came back within hours of him leaving. When I called back, they tried to charge me another $700 for a one-hour job, insisting it was a "different problem." So a brand new issue just happened to show up three hours later? Highly doubtful. They tried to spin it by saying my parts would be "covered under warranty," but that warranty is through the manufacturer, not this company. When I called their main office, the person on the phone admitted she could only "set appointments" and offered zero real information, clearly trying to brush me off. I asked if the $300 I had already paid would be applied toward the next repair, and was told absolutely not. That’s not customer service, that’s gouging. This company feels more like a scam than a service provider: overpriced labor, misleading claims about warranties, and terrible communication. I would never recommend them. Stay far away.

I had a fantastic experience with Airmaxx Heating & Air Conditioning today! Gilbert came out to perform routine maintenance on our outdoor AC unit, and he was outstanding from beginning to end. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the inspection and shared clear, practical tips I can use to help maintain the system myself. I truly appreciate how patient and knowledgeable Gilbert was in helping me understand how to care for our AC system. I highly recommend Airmaxx Heating & Air Conditioning—if you get the chance, ask for Gilbert Cortez. You won’t be disappointed!

Sad to write this review because the guys that came the first time were decent. My husband wanted to get our AC’s yearly maintenance or whatever. So he calls this place, and an incredibly rude woman answers the phone. We got our ac a year ago and it’s just time to get it maintenanced again. My husband wanted to get the AC maintenanced and honestly the heater at the same time. But the woman on the phone was CONVINCING HIM IT WAS WINTER, and all they do is heaters, but guys, it’s Southern California, he said it is currently 80 degrees and blue skies, what do you mean lady? She goes on to continue to argue with him saying that it’s winter over and over again. And he says finally, so can you do it or not???? And she goes I guess we still can? WHY DIDNT SHE SAY THAT WITHOUT BEING RUDE? Anyways, I don’t recommend whoever that lady was that worked today and answered the phone. Wish I knew her name because I’m sure others MUST experience this issue as well with her. Incredibly rude, disappointed we supported in the first place Update 10/29: The manager, David, reached out to me two hours after this happened. He was incredibly professional. He offered to take care of both our services. I appreciate their commitment to their customers. Thanks David. And shoutout to the sweetest tech, Ilija!

I’ve been using Airmaxx for a few years for maintenance. Gilbert was my guy a few times and always crushed it. Very thorough and explained everything. I had an issue with my system today and Mike came out. He was super efficient and got down to the nitty gritty. He also did a great job and explained everything. Really goes to show that Airmaxx trains their guys well and has good expectations on how their techs should interact with customers. Mike was able to give me a rundown of what he thought was going on and got me up and running. During the diagnosis portion, Mike tested, and then tested again multiple possible issues. I felt he did everything he could, and then some to make sure they system was left running well. He even called me personally after he left to give me a few more pointers he thought of after he left. Top notch service.

I called for an estimate on a new build as we are in framing stages and once completed hvac should start. Rep stated they dont do these estimates and to call them back when something is there. Wow! No further explanation needed. I gave then 3 starts to give them the benefit of the doubt since there is other good reviews. I was just surprised by that response from such a reputable company
