My service technician Johnny Nguyen is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took his time and made sure we understood everything that was going on with our air-conditioning unit. He showed us pictures and how our air-conditioning unit was functioning and how he was adjusting it , to make if run efficiently. I'm extremely happy with the service provided today.

Working out the kinks of a new system sold to us by Mazdak. He did an excellent job discussing our options and recommending what we needed. His follow up is outstanding. We called service to tweak the system and service tech Johnny came out. He was very knowlegable, thorough and professional. Kept us informed of the process. I highly recommend Air Team, Mazdak and Johnny.

Excellent service! I had water dripping from the ceiling caused by an issue with the HVAC system. From the moment I called, their team was prompt, courteous, and incredibly professional. Ricardo quickly identified the source of the leak, explained what had caused it, and walked me through the steps needed to fix it. What really impressed me was how efficiently they worked and how respectful they were of my home. Ricardo and Matthew made sure everything was cleaned up after the job. I really appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right.

Was on the schedule today from 4-6pm. Called this morning at 8:12am to see if I could get moved up on the schedule because that was suggested by the company’s scheduler. No response to my request, only that I’m on the schedule from 4-6pm with a 30 min call before arrival. No show or call. Time is 6:25pm. This is not the first time this company has done this to me. Come on Airteam do better! I’m changing to 4 stars. They came and repaired my equipment. Not a 5 just because this should have been handled better.

Had a problem with my upstairs split system. Jorge Diaz came out, identified the issue, and ordered the part. He returned with the part and made the repair. Jorge is very professional, very personable, and took the time to go over how we could get better cooling to my wifes office. He takes his job very seriously and is a craftsman through and through. Jorge is a shining example of great customer service. Thanks, Jorge!
