Outstanding service from start to finish by Leo (Routine HVAC maintenance check 2 units). He arrived early for appointment, but only by checking to see if convenient first. He was courteous and professional upon arrival and even wore shoe covers to keep our home clean. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a personable approach. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable HVAC service!

Fantastic experience. I worked with John who is just the best! Our A/C unit was old and we were starting to have problems with it so I got 3 estimates from different companies to replace the unit and we really liked everything about the Alief estimate as well as liking John's presentation. He explained everything to us and the crew that installed the unit was great and friendly and polite. I had a question and called them last night after hours and within a few minutes someone called me back. And first thing this morning someone called me and told me John would be at my house between 9 and 9:30 to make a minor adjustment and he was here right on time. They are quick to respond and great to work with. The A/C is really nice and has features that my old one didn't have. We are totally happy with our experience with Alief Ultra Mechanical.

Called on Sunday afternoon when AC quit cooling and they were here within a couple hours. Leo quickly diagnosed the issue after checking all 3 systems. Extremely professional and he explained the issues in easy to understand terms. Could not have been more pleased with the level of service and professionalism.

We have been using Alief Ultra Mechanical for nearly 20 years, and they have installed both our Trane HVAC units and replaced both furnaces in the last 10 years. Jeremy came out to service both of my units and I don't believe you could find a more competent and pleasant service tech. He explained everything of what he was doing and why and what I should be on the lookout for. I highly recommend Jeremy for any of your air conditioning service needs. This is the second or third time he's serviced our units.

Had company come crawl attic for estimate for new ductwork. 2.5 days later woke up to wet carpet. I being 66 years old had to crawl in attic to find Leake. Called owner Heath said he wasn't going to fix. Anyone using his company beware take your business elsewhere
