Jill and Rich are a wonderful and helpful team. I had a car being shipped by a third party and they had issues they couldn't figure out. They dropped my car off at All American and they were able to figure out what the problem was, get it fixed the same day, and have it to the port for shipping. Thank you again for all the help!

Bad experience with buying a car from them. They were not transparent with the problems with the vehicle. I would NEVER have purchased this vehicle from Jill and Richard if I had known the roof was covered completely with BODY FILLER. I bought the car from photos sent to me from them... I will NEVER trust people who send me photos anymore. This has cost me $15,000 so far and it is not driveable!!! I am gutted...

Very professional and trustworthy. I was referred to Jill and All American Towing by Matson Navigation Long Beach, and I'm very grateful they did. Her team was very helpful when a vehicle I was transporting (I'm an auto transport broker) to Matson for a client arrived non-running. Jill referred me to a very trustworthy mechanic that fixed the issue and was reasonable, and then redelivered the Toyota Carina to Matson. I am so impressed with the service I received! I’ll try to keep it short but the staff went above and beyond to ensure my car was safe and not damaged! Short story: I was shipping my car to Hawaii. When the car arrived at Matson for shipping, the car was rejected because they said it was too low and only 3 inches off the ground. What’s crazy about it is that Matson shipped the car to the mainland so I was confused as to why they approved the outbound leg but not the return. My EXPENSIVE car was stuck in Long Beach and about to be left on the side of the road by the transport company who transported it all the way from Florida. It was a terrifying situation for me not knowing what to do immediately. Nobody wants their expensive car randomly sitting on the street in a strange place and you are all the way in another state. It was a horrible situation that I will NEVER forget! All American Towing came to the rescue and accepted and stored the car for 2 days until I could figure out next steps. All American Towing stored my car, properly measured the car which was 4 inches not the claimed 3 inches by Matson, and made sure my car was safe and secure and off the streets. Ended up shipping the car with PASHA Hawaii and had no issues with them accepting the car after MATSON screwed me over leaving my car stranded in California with no where to go. When it was time for the car to leave temporary storage from her lot, Jill took pictures and sent them to me to ease my mind and to show there was no damage to my car while in her possession. That made me feel so relieved! She even called me When the other company came to pick up the car to ensure it was the right company before releasing my car to them. The pick up company had sent a different driver than they said they would and Jill was not having it, thought it was suspicious and immediately called me directly to confirm before releasing my car to them. That made me feel so good to know that she was vigilant and wasn’t going to just allow anybody to take my car from her. So cool! She kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, treated me with respect and had great storage prices! Overall, the staff at All American Towing are my type of folks! They provide service beyond what I expected and took care of my car from the start. When you find good people in business today hold on to them because there are a lot of business owners that just don’t care about your property and only want your money. The pride in service is just not there anymore for most businesses today. All American Towing is that business who cares and takes pride in what they do! I’m a car guy and if you are too…don’t worry your car will be safe, secured and a watchful eye will ensure your car is ok while in their custody. My son's car being shipped from MA to Hawaii was not going to be allowed on the Matson ship in Long Beach because of an unsecured sub-woofer in the trunk. I couldn't afford any further delays so I had the sub-woofer removed and brought over to All American Towing in Long Beach. Owner Jill was kind enough to bring the sub-woofer to a local UPS store, have it packaged up and mailed out to my son in HI all on her own time. Jill could not have been more courteous, professional and understanding of my situation and I am truly grateful for her willingness to go above and beyond to assist. When in Long Beach and in need of any sort of transport service, I would highly recommend Jill and All American Towing! They are the BEST!

Jill and Rich did an amazing job taking care of my camper van being transported to Hawaii. They are experts in dealing with Matson - identifying and repairing my loose handbrake before it became a last minute issue at the port. They also went above and beyond when it was identified the camper van could be transported as regular cargo instead of an RV - spending extra time at the port until I could switch the paperwork around - saving me over $1000! Very professional, kind, and personalized care. I would highly recommend to anyone dealing with the stresses of moving to Hawaii.
