Ultimately did not do business with them because they no longer work in an entire condo where a unit I manage is. They said it’s because "two people in the past year refused to pay". I asked why, since people don’t refuse to pay for no reason, and was informed that it’s because they start billing at $140 an hour for their drive time to the property. I do property management and have worked with dozens of contractors and never had a policy like this. It makes it so they have no incentive to schedule jobs intelligently since drive time is paid for. Most of my contractors organize jobs throughout the week based on location. With their policy you could live in St Pete and if they have a job in Clearwater before you be hit with an additional minimum $70 charge if there’s no traffic. It’s also odd to tell a customer that other customers refused to pay.

Best company i have worked with, they prioritize saftey above all else, there management is top tier. Their exceptional work and professionalism is inspirational. Highly recommend anyone to work with, work for, or contract all phase. If you want the job done right and safely, you will chose all phase electric and maintenance.

They claim to be a Christian company but certainly don’t treat people fairly! Everyone from the front desk to higher ups have a nasty attitude and are very disrespectful. They also try to steal employee wages.

We work closely with All Phase Electric & Maintenance on a regular basis by supporting their internal IT infrastructure. They are always professional and great to work with. The staff is kind and responsive and make it easy to get things accomplished. I would highly recommend using them for any electrical services knowing that you will be in capable, kind and efficient hands.

Just ask anyone who’s worked there who Larry is. Or how the office staff is. Or just look through here ain’t nobody lying. The writing is litterly on the wall. I would en be suprised if this place sees its last year in biz in 2025 ya can’t do that to people in 2024 man everyone’s got cameras.

Had a power situation that knocked out the power to half the building today (4/9/2021). Called Duke Energy and they said their equipment is fine. Called All Phase, as they were the initial installers if the equipment we had in the building. The manager was on the phone was super nice and helpful. He had his guys onsite within an hour after calling. This was super important being a government building. Once onsite the guys got right to work to figure out what was going on. After a short time they had the power back on and everything back on line. Highly recommended for your emergency needs.
