Working with Alterman on our new warehouse in Cedar Park, and they have been great. They were recommended to us by the previous tenant, and everything is great. Good communication, fair prices, friendly, prompt service.

You cannot be young, licensed and talented, service management will immediately see you as a threat. Your English and communication skills cannot be above par, service management will see you as a threat. Couple notes of prejudice. Write ups are indiscriminately given. All in all they didn’t want to see a young black kid at the top of the food chain, we’re out of all the members there I was 1 of the most qualified.

If you’re needing a job in electrical Alterman electric should be your first choice. They are awesome in everything they do as they inspect everything after they are complete to assure perfection. I have had nothing but great things happen while working with them and I highly recommend anybody who wants to get into this trade try out Alterman electric first!

They have SOMEONE driving either vehicle numbered 1729 or 1791, that is cutting people off in downtown Austin. He's driving a white, 2 door cab truck! He is driving erraticly in the area of South 1st street......crossing LBJ Lake..... and then cutting people off turning left onto riverside. And then is cutting people of while he turns right onto South Congress. I called and reportimed it to their office and they said they do not care! So I hope their Commercial Insurance Carrier reads this and knows that they have irresponsible and dangerous driving people working for this company!

I needed some telephone wiring done in an older building. AT&T was NO HELP! I contacted Alterman and the Data Servies group were able to assist. They responded quckly and addressed the issue in short order.

Horrible drivers how unprofessional if that’s how you drive I can’t imagine the work you be doing

Terrible customer service and the drivers are horrific.
