I met Justin for the first time after we had a major power outage from a hurricane. My AC unit was not cooling the house. I was referred to this service. Justin came out after hours and looked at my unit and told me the bad news that it had to be replaced. He and his wife work as a team, along with their friend Andrew. Very thorough and professional. I'm happy with their service and results. Please understand that they have to drive out of Shreveport to get to you, well worth the wait. I needed a new thermostat replaced no problem. Always there AC and heat was kind was able to get the job done. Well they explained the situation to where I can understand it even though I asked multiple times. They got the job done pretty fast. They had told me it would take up to a week and they got it done in less than three days. My AC unit went on the blink. I notified my Insurance and they recommended Always There A/C. Mr. Justin Morris called an scheduled me an appointment. He finished a job and came to check my unit out the same day. He accessed the situation and informed me as he checked the unit out.
