I cannot say enough stuff about American Electrical Systems, and John Gill in particular! They installed my charger and then came back out 2 years later when I was having trouble with charging my car. John was great and explained the problem (connectivity issues) and even gave me some advice even though it was nothing to do with him. I highly recommend John and American Electrical Systems! Follow up: got a new charger when my Electrify America home charger stopped working. John and his crew came out and installed the new Emporia charger quickly! They were delightful and so nice at explaining everything. I continue to recommend American Elecrtical Systems!

The American Electrical team, led by John Gill on our installatio, did a great job. The job was done timely and per the estimate. They did the needed work with the town. The installed charger looks fine and works great.

The crew that did our install was polite, kind, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Professional and prompt, they were also great with our dogs and aware of me working upstairs.

John and his crew recently installed a battery backup system from FranklinWH. It was a pleasure working with John (the president of AES) right from the beginning. All the other vendors I dealt with fobbed me off to a non-very-knowledgeable sales person, who couldn't answer many of my technical question - or, frequently, just made up the answers. John is very experienced at battery installations, and knew the technical answers in detail. The other big difference was that all the other vendors estimated 4-5 months to installation. John and AES got it done in 10 days.
