AMS Electrical

I called AMS Electrical for an appointment --which I was able to obtain rapidly-- to install a dedicated circuit for a microwave convection oven in my kitchen and to relocate an electrical receptacle and a light switch box (in order to enlarge a window). Chad's level of professionalism, technical competence, and meticulousness impressed me. At the same time, he took the time to answer my questions regarding the electrical task at hand and left the workspace clean, careful to remove the debris. I will certainly call AMS Electrical for any other electrical work I have done in the future.

I had a scary situation in our house where I thought it could burn down because of faulty wiring after a bulb got super bright and hot. They were great at coming out quickly and Chad looked at it all and then explained everything extremely well. He gave very clear suggestions as of what needs to happen and followed up quickly. He gave me peace of mind, which I really appreciated. Also, I probably annoyed them because I called multiple times and they were kind with each call.

I had a chandelier with a broken mounting that was hanging 15 ft high by just two wires. Dangerous situation. Michigan Chandelier referred me to AMS and they returned my call within the hour. Gary diagnosed the problem over photos, ordered parts and rescheduled other work to make fixing this unsafe situation a priority. He and his electrician even came on the 4th of July to make the repairs. They were knowledgeable, careful of my home with the awkward scaffolding and made safety a priority. Good workmanship and cleanup afterwards. I am very appreciative of their promptness in addressing my problem. Would definitely hire these guys again.

This company is great and offers reasonable pricing. The owners are awesome and great to work with Phil and Beth. The people they hired as well are great people Who get work done in an accurate time manner. They are always willing to answer any questions that you have. I will definitely be going with this company again in the future for my electrical needs.

We needed to have three old outdoor wall fixtures rewired and replaced, plus a new outdoor GFCI outlet installed. We called and Phil the owner came out and gave us a very clear and reasonable quote. We accepted the quote and scheduled the job. They immediately came out on time, completed the job, did a thorough cleanup and the job was beautiful! We highly recommend them, they are professional, efficient, and do high quality work.

Evan came out today to upgrade some old Pushmatic breakers on my electric service box. He was on time, quick, efficient and friendly. He also took the time to look at a problem I am having with a fan remote. Thanks, Evan and thank you AMS.

Evan came out to review the numerous issues I'm having. By the time he walked out the door, I got that warm fuzzy feeling that I lucked out finding a trustworthy electrical company that wouldn't nickel and dime me to death. Thank you AMS for being one of the good guys!
