will not use anymore. poor communication was a constant. i would call to ask about an update about a motor that had been in the shop for four weeks when i was quoted two, they would say let me check and ill call you back in a bit, but no call would come. this would go on for FOUR more weeks calling and getting the run around. Id have to call the next day again and again to try to get an answer, even driving to the shop itself to talk face to face. then when it is finished i go to pick it up and I'm handed a bill. i said excuse me this was a warranty job, you guys rebuilt this motor NINE months ago and it failed already. he tells me oh i remember something about that (this is the owner mind you) let me call my guy, he does, the guy reminds him and he take my bill and throws it in the trash can and say your good...... that was it. so inconclusion this place has poor management and records keeping along with poor communication skills. I will never go back and I have already found their replacement that I 'am already very pleased with.

They have rewound many motors for me, supplied bearings for motors that my mechanics were able to fix and found the new motor that I need at the best prices with little to no lead time. Andrews is my go to motor shop.
