Skyler was attentive while he was completing the repairs. He walked through the entire process and the issue at hand. He was polite, courteous, and seemed to really care about the issue. I do not know anything about water heaters but Skyler explained several things to me to increase my knowledge. Although the service took longer than I expected, the water heater had to be replaced so I completely understand the timeframe needed. He also prepared me for the water that needed to be turned off and the timeframe for the water to be heated. I was extremely happy with the results of the call. Thank you so much!

I called APES on a Sunday for a small leak under my kitchen sink. I was able to get scheduled for the next morning. Jose showed up bright and early with a great attitude and he was quick and efficient! He diagnosed the problem quickly and was a pleasure to work with! This is the second time that I have used this company and I have recommended them to family and friends.

Esteban and Kaleb were great! I had my ac inspected to make sure all is well and running properly. They explained their process, inspected everything, changed the air filter and went over the recommendations. They were very polite and professional. Thank you to Maria for referring me.

I’ve worked with Joe Contreras a few times and he really knows his stuff, especially when it comes to high-end fixtures. His expertise and attention to detail show in the quality of his work—when he’s the one handling the job personally, the results are excellent. One thing I’d suggest is clarifying rates before the work begins, just so there are no surprises. Also, while he’s top-notch himself, the same can’t always be said for assistants he occasionally brings along—so if possible, request that he personally oversees your project. Overall, if you want someone who truly understands the finer points of plumbing, he’s a solid choice.

He was very professional, seemed quite knowledgeable, and fully installed our new water heater. We are happy to have hot water again.

Ron was sent here to stop a water leak and remove an old tank..He left me a soggy mess to clean up. My rust stained sidewalk and driveway looked awesome. Fortunately nobody got hurt when he dropped a 30 gallon water heater down a full flight of stairs. Just a damaged rain gutter and a cracked wall. [ Fortunately for him i'm not into tiktok or that would have gone viral ] He never ended up stopping the leak. Just got paid to sit around and watch the water drip. Thanks for nothing.
