They explained everything clearly, showed me how to maintain my system, and even walked me through how to add the salt so I feel confident using it. On top of that, their pricing was extremely affordable and fit perfectly into my budget. The installation was efficient, the service was excellent, and now I get to enjoy soft water without the headaches of hard water ever again. Working with this company was a great experience from start to finish. The installers were professional, polite, and got everything done quickly while making sure I understood how both systems work. Brittney was awesome to work with and super easy to talk to. Thorough communication and very informative without ever being pushy. Apex installed my security camera system. From start to finish Jordan was very professional. By the way, the time he came to provide the quote for the security camera system, he also mentioned that Apex also installs water softeners/filtration systems, etc. I told him that I was interested to know how much they would charge to install the water softener/filtration system. He called Apex and another Apex guy was at my house within an hour to provide a quote. The price was very reasonable and I had them Install the water softener/filtration system the following day.

APEX Smart Home serviced my Puronics Defender IGEN water softener system and Micromax 7000 reverse osmosis water system. I had an issue with the drinking water storage water tank and needed to replace two water filters for the reverse osmosis. Holly was pleasant to speak with and really explained a lot about my equipment warranty and filter replacements costs. She provided a reasonable appointment date/time for the technician to come and fix the issue and explain my system. The technician arrived and was so pleasant and explained everything in detail. He allowed me to video him explaining the system, what to watch out for, and anything in general. Now I have a video to reference when I can’t remember what he said. I had an awesome experience and highly recommend APEX Smart Home.

Jose and Jason are great guys to do business with. I can tell they care about their people and their customers at APEX. Having a company that I know is going to do right by me makes price less of a concern, in my opinion. That said, their pricing is competitive and reasonable. I bought a reverse osmosis system for my kitchen sink from them and am very pleased. Prompt and professional installation. I highly recommend doing business with APEX Smart home.
