Arizona Accurate Solar & AC

We have been an Arizona Accurate customer since 2015. Our service from Jay and Matt has always been high quality and on time. Most recently, we had an a/c issue. It conked out in late June and Matt came out over the weekend to provide service. Matt advised that a coil needed to be ordered/replaced and he would order the part asap. Meanwhile he added freon to the unit so that we would be comfortable until the repair was done. As it turned out the part was back ordered/unavailable. Over the course of 6 weeks, Matt followed up on the status of the coil and added freon to our unit every two weeks so that we would have a/c. We were not charged for the 3 or 4 freon visits which was a blessing. A big thank you to Arizona Accurate and a definite recommendation.

We have been a customer of Az accurate since 2012. Today we had an issue with our ac not blowing cold air. I called and Matt and he arrived within 20 minutes ( so unusual for companies to arrive so quick) . Thankfully Matt was able to solve the problem and he had us up and running within an hour of the call! Thank you Matt!

Arizona Accurate came out to check the AC then learned it needed to be replaced. They came out twice to recharge the freon to get us through until they can replace the unit, which it today. We noticed the difference right away. So happy to have a properly working AC unit in AZ summer. Every one we dealt with at Arizona Accurate was beyond friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. I wished I would have taken a picture of our 26 year old unit.

We had accurate replace our solar hot water heater. When they completed the work 2 years ago, they did NOT replace the pan under the water heater as they should have because the old one was smaller than it should have been. They they bent up the one that was there just to make the new hot water heater fit. About 8 months ago we started having problems with the hot water heater 'dumping' water out of it through the relief valve. We called them. They have come out several times but have no idea what the problem is. Of course they have charged us each time, except maybe once, with no solutions. The heater keeps 'dumping' water. Today they came out again, the owner was very rude, said he doesn't know what's going on, lowered the temperature on the water heater and told my husband to cover half of the solar panel if that doesn't work - and of course charged us again. They also gave us false information (when they replaced our solar hot water heater) about replacing our other water heater which is electric and is in a different part of the house. We have had other quotes and they other plumbers gave us completely different information (that were consistent with each other). I do Not recommend AZ Accurate Solar & A/C.

Arizona Accurate’s crew was professional, courtesy and thoughtful. They were fantastic at answering our questions, and were with us from the beginning of the project and beyond. We had some issues with our solar panels (not really their problem) and they were fantastic about making sure everything got resolved and the process was as painless as possible. Highly recommend for all your solar needs.

AZ Accurate was awesome from start to finish! Our Solar Water heater had a leak and AZ Accurate was the only company I found that would fix it- so thankful I found them. Jay explained what to do until it was fixed. They arrived on time, found out the problem, explained what he had to fix, fixed it and showed me everything after. Very friendly, fast, and efficient. I will definitely be using them in the future, if needed. I highly recommend their services.

I called several solar installers before choosing Arizona Accurate. My job was highly customized, as the new solar array had to fit in the same space as the old (20 years) array. Likewise the battery and power control panel. And of course, it involved removing the old system components. Everyone else I talked to was afraid of this custom job, or couldn't make time for it. Arizona Accurate took the job and got it underway in time for the 30% federal tax credit. Everything was done to my specifications and satisfaction. Jay and Dakota are highly skilled and a pleasure to work with. Because some of the components required for my system were new technology, there was a bit of a learning curve for them and several return visits were required. Still, they persevered and got it right. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others who need custom work. Ironically, the day after their last visit, we had a 3-4 hour power outage. I'm happy to report that my computer didn't even notice when the grid went down and we switched to a combination of solar and battery power. I run my business out of my home, and this was one of the reasons I wanted a backup power supply. The grid in our area is just not reliable. Arizona Accurate helped me maintain this security.
