Tanya is truly a jewel! I originally stopped by Armor Storage on Ames just to get an estimate on pricing, but her phenomenal customer service completely sold me. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process a breeze. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience — thank you, Tanya, for all that you do!

Tanya was amazing at helping me. She was honest and made sure all my questions were answered. I recommend asking for her to help you. She is awesome at what she does. I was having a hard time moving and deciding on a unit. She made it so much easier and stress-free. Anyone who is moving i recommend this company, and this woman.

Tanya customer service skills are AWESOME! She handled a couple of items for me at the same time because I had an appointment I needed to get to on time . She also reached out to me with a follow-up phone call to confirm everything was completed . THANKS TANYA !!

I'm not sure what type of rating to give since I have yet to speak to someone about looking at a storage unit before I rent it. I called a local number, left a message, the website states their hours, I came to the location 5804 Ames Avenue where I would like to rent a unit and there's no one there at the office. The door is locked and looks like the lights are off as well. My first impression of this business is not looking very good right now. If I don't hear from someone before 5pm I'll look someplace else. Great way to run a business.

Tonya was great! Fast, friendly, and the storage area is lit, secure with cameras. Thank you. Update....Don't use this storage facility. They tell you they won't charge you if you follow the contract but then they take it anyway. Now I have to get it back.

Tanya is very coo... amazing friendly. Easy to get along with made the experience fun and memorable. Need more like her!!!
