Artek has excellent technical support and consistently ships all my orders on-time As a Mobile RV Technician, I'm always in need of parts quickly. I've grown to trust Sam and Claire as they respond quickly to emails and provide excellent service to a business like mine.

I’m using an Artek-Garmin control system in my camper van and it is very intuitive and easy to use. I ran into a problem where the solar charging was not showing up on the display. Sam at Artek was able to troubleshoot it remotely and quickly fix the problem. They have high quality products and good customer service!

This review is specifically for Sam. My tiny house has their solar system installed and I knew nothing about the upkeep of the system. Sam has guided me every step of the way over the last two years as an unknowing homeowner. He is always prompt in his responses and very knowledgeable. He stands by his products, can diagnose and knows how to teach about upkeep. He is a gem.

Highly Recommend Artek Energy! I recently installed a Victron XS 50 amp DC-DC charger in my travel trailer, and Artek Energy's assistance was invaluable. Sam and Claire were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process, from selecting the correct components and parts to fine-tuning the settings. They even helped with the settings on my existing Victron MPPT Solar Controller and SmartBMV712. Thanks to their expertise, everything is now working together smoothly and efficiently. They offer a wide range of components and materials, so I was able to purchase most of what I needed directly from them. I ordered a WS500 Pro and DC DC charger. We had some issues on ordering and getting the correct components as they are relatively junior products. But Artek was ultimately very helpful and understanding and worked hard to fix my issues. Sam is a knowledgeable guy and I'm sure they'll handle your system very well.

Just Roaming Design designed and installed both a solar package and lithium battery upgrades for my Newmar Class A RV. What I liked the most is that they don't "cookie cutter" the installation. We spent a lot of time talking about what capabilities I wanted and what could be done within my budget. They were also strategic about setting me up for future expansions if I were so inclined. Finally, the best part about working with Just Roaming is the support after the sale. I've called/texted them with numerous questions and they've never lost their patience or failed to respond. Sam is a pleasure to work with, I am installing a Victron system in my van, Sam answers all my questions and prepared a wiring diagram for my build which is essential.
