We appreciate the prompt response to our call for help for a freezer that's not cooling down (it wasn't our expertise). The repairman/technician pinned down the issue and observed the freezer cool down for an hour to confirm he got the diagnosis right. Thank you very much, ATECH! The technician even left notes about what he did and what worked.

Yikes! As stated in another review, be careful when using this company. They inflate the amount of travel time and on-site time and will deliver ridiculous rates even for minor repairs. Our initial consultation, we were charged $400 for a tech to drive 12 minutes to us and poke his head in our dishwasher. We stated what the issue was so no further examination was needed. Invoice states "1hr travel- 1.5hrs labor for a 12 minute drive and 5 minutes on-site. I can't trust the nearly $1k quote for service they sent either so we will be looking elsewhere.

Pat hall is the man you want fixing your equipment. Ask for him or at least someone he’s trained because he really knows his craft. Informative, honest, quick, clean. I’m not sure what else to say. Just throughly impressed by his ability to consistently do what he’s paid to do and then some. Thanks for all you do, man. It’s greatly appreciated!
