AT&T Store

The customer service at this location is terrible. As soon as I walked in, I greeted the two sales reps I saw which were two ladies one had deep purple hair and and the other was a hefty curly haired Caucasian, both did not acknowledge a customer walking in and both continued to provide services to others. I sit down for 15 minutes before being approached by the hefty brown curly haired woman who asked me " oh did you have a question or something" and I stated no I was sent here to the corporate location to drop off my trade in device, she stated "I don’t know why it says to drop off your trade in here, but you can’t anyways so you can come back when we have a manager" let me tell you, not only was I disappointed but dissatisfied with the services at this location. AT&T needs to do better and hire people that actually are helpful and want to assist others.

Sabine was absolutely wonderful! Her customer service was exceptional — friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. She made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, and you can tell she really cares about her clients. Highly recommend working with her!

Went to the Cape Coral ATT on Del Prado, they were extremely friendly but were not able to do what I needed. I went to the Pine Island Road ATT and as soon as I walk in the girl there asked how she could help me, I said "I have a lot to do" she immediately gave a dirty frustrated look, then went on to tell me she couldn't help me, didn't know any of the phone numbers for me to call and then as I was walking out decided to make snarky comments to the other employee there. Worst customer service I've ever had.

I'm tech Challenged as i'm an older guy I have AT&T for my phone and I'm happy. I went in today to get directv Do you guys spent 2 hours set in my equipment up and their own store? They went over and beyond duty because they knew I had trouble with the modern conveniences. Had a little bit of trouble getting it to work when I got home. Only because my one set now uses 2 remotes. And they couldn't have possibly known that. Allen Adam and keith are gold I'm not used to service like that anymore. Thanks guys I'll bring donuts and coffee in the morning Ron

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mike Jehamy, an outstanding AT&T Connectivity Expert, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Mike was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly efficient in helping me get my phone operational. He quickly identified the issue and walked me through every step with clear explanations, making what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. What truly stood out was Mike’s professionalism and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up properly and even took the time to confirm that all my services were running smoothly before ending the session. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had 3 things I needed help with. One of them was as simple as removing insurance from my device, I was told I could only contact customer service. Harley was terrible. I wasted my time coming to the store. Everyone just know that you don't need to go to the store. It's a waste of time and they'll just tell you to do it on your own online instead of helping.

We had numerous questions and concerns. The person who assisted us was a great listener and he addressed every issue we raised. He was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Great person.
