Location employees were knowledgeable and helpful when it came to upgrading and choosing my products. Aaron went above and beyond when I was interested in a specific smart watch that wasnt available at the store location. Aaron checked multiple options and sure enough I was able to get my new smart watch and new phone. I returned for Samsung Earbuds Aaron recommended as part of my new upgrades.

Cindy V. is the definition of outstanding customer service. She went out of her way to make sure that I get the devices I was trying to get. She made it possible for me to purchase a device from a different store and even offered to deliver it to this store. She puts the customer first and she's very knowledgeable about anything related to the store.

Joel was very patient and helped me through any questions I had, didn't confuse me since I don't know much about getting a new phone, and gave me great advice for the right purchase! He's a great worker and I'm grateful for such a smooth experience!
