We were quite novice coming into this process. Kevin guided us and made the process as easy as possible. The workers that came out to install the panels were just as nice and also offered education on the process. My boys were amazed by the drone they used to take pictures of the finished product. The guys were so sweet, they flew the drone overhead a few times so the boys could see it. It was the highlight of their day. Very happy with the overall experience with Austin Discount Solar. The quote / pricing was very competitive and the communication throughout the process was very good. Kevin kept me informed on what to expect through the power company approval and plans for installation. The installation timing was spot on based on his communication and the actual installation went without issue. The team was respectful and efficient and cleaned up any debris or trash. The solar panels were generating and communicating with the monitoring software at the end of the installation process.
