AutoZone Auto Parts

My friend called beforehand for me to check if they had the bulb for my rear left signal light. At first he spoke with a guy that said they didn't have it but then he called back and got another person who was a woman. Mrs. Deetra is awesome!!!! She was quick, educated, and it literally took within 10 minutes to change it out. She was very empowering because she's a girly girl with nails, makeup, and hair laid you go girl! Thanks for helping me!

Miguel and Bryan were awesome! I came in early one morning and although they were the only two people working, and the store was picking up business, both were quick to assist and determined to rectify the issue! Miguel was especially knowledgeable regarding the issue and made sure I fully understood as well. He also displayed incredible leadership, while simultaneously helping me and teaching Bryan something new! Great customer service all around!

I absolutely love this AutoZone. Every time I come in Miguel is so friendly and nice and has the best music on It is such a fun experience. He even takes the time out to help me if I need flight changed or anything like that. I am a loyal customer.

Kevin is great. On our way back from visiting family, our battery died and we had to get a jump at Bucee's. We called ahead to see if anyone could help us with a replacement, but we were cutting it really close to closing. Even so, Kevin was willing to work on our car in the dark while we held phone lights for him. He got the old battery out, put the new one in, and wouldn't leave until he was sure our car was back in working order. We will definitely be back the next time we need car parts.

I went here because my check engine light went on. The employee connect my car and gave me the code and part I needed. There is a man claiming to work for AutoZone that offered to put this part in for me. Not only was this not the right part. Apparently AutoZone is NOT supposed to put in parts. I have never shopped here before and did not know this. Not only did this part cost me $250, the man asked for $125 to put the part in. My car was good for about an hour after I left and it went all downhill from there. My car broke down, everything went off and I got stranded on the side of the expressway with my dogs in the very hot Texas heat. $1,200 later $200 towing and an appointment with an actual mechanic, I was told not only was the wrong part put into the car, my belt was cracked in the process and the part that was installed was not even screwed in properly. What a mess. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND BEWARE OF THIS EMPLOYEE OFFERING TO PUT PARTS IN YOUR CAR. HE WAS WORKING ON SEVERAL CARS WHILE I WAS THERE. I HAVE HIS CONTACT INFO.

Dietra and Angel went above and beyond to help me replace a car battery. I was feeling really stressed about the reliability of my car battery since it had died a couple times during our road trip to Arlington. Being on the road without a reliable car was stressing me out, and I wanted to get it sorted before we headed back on the road. I appreciate the extra care and kindness. Thank you!

They did excellent service and really was customer friendly. Did everything you would want form a cs rep. Went above and beyond.
