I stopped by the AutoZone on Monaco and Evans to pick up new windshield wipers for my VW Tiguan, and the team there absolutely knocked it out of the park! They not only helped me find the exact size I needed but also came outside to install them for me — quick, efficient, and with a smile. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could’ve been a simple errand into a genuinely great experience. 12v outlet in the trunk wasn't working. I was pretty sure it was a bad fuse. They helped me locate the group of likely fuses and showed me how to use the fuse tester I brought . As usual, they were really patient and helpful and that's why I keep coming back to buy parts here. Great people that work here.

I hope this store keeps him, otherwise they'd be losing a great employee. FIve stars! Went again today (10/18/2025). Great service by Christian H. He noticed the Duralast battery I had was still under warranty for the car I bought from a 3rd. party. Made sure we looked the right info and set me up with a new battery. Talk about going above and beyond!

Worst autozone I’ve ever dealt with in life and it’s only one employee who makes the experience bad don’t know his name but gives out inaccurate information I’ve ordered parts twice at this location first time I needed to rear calipers and they gave me one and said my other was at another store in aurora I get there and basically they gave me the same part I have after confirming that I have 2 of the same part I communicated back with the Evans store for them to tell me they had both my parts in stock. Now I’ve ordered another part originally was supposed to be delivered on the 4th was told when I called today it would be delivered by 2 for me to get there and hear my parts wont be here until the 5th. Totally displeased with this store

Jonathon O. was a huge help! I needed to find and then install wiper blades and a new battery. He did it all, from start to finish, and he was professional and polite the whole time! Would highly recommend this store and, if Jonathon is there, ask for him by name.

They helped me pick the correct wiper blade, offered to put it on for me, and had me try it to ensure it worked correctly. The manager Jessica was so efficient and friendly. Never expected to have a 5 star customer experience at AutoZone but here we are!
