Alan and Robert were excellent, precise and knowledgeable which made it easier to trust them in what is a surprisingly difficult decision. Its not easy to find cost-effective solar solutions and the market is filled with competitors who make misleading promises and use aggressive sales tactics. I did plenty of research and got 3 previous proposals that had serious issues in terms of cost and/or inaccurate, unrealistic projections. This is not even mentioning delays - Tesla actually informed me of an 8 month delay right AFTER I paid the deposit. Baseline RVA has the most productive cost-effective panels and zero delays. After spending 30+ hours researching and trying to deal with aggressive sales tactics from competitors, Baseline was a relief to work with. They are ethical and you will get a cost-effective system. On the day of installation Alan and Robert were able to fully install & turn us on in one day - the next day more than half of my energy consumption was covered by my new solar system. Baseline provided a quick, clear, and responsive proposal as we worked through several options. Their timeline was relatively quick and proved accurate. Once the team began work on site, they were extremely efficient, communicated clearly and frequently, and clearly took pride in both their end product and craftsmanship. Highly recommend Baseline Solar. We were deciding which company to use, and got quotes and information from five different vendors in our area. Pricing was similar on most of them, as were the systems offered. What set Baseline above the others is Alan specifically. He's extremely professional and knowledgeable, always providing information and explanations even about Baseline's own weaknesses. Alan truthfully told us the pros and the cons of the system, explaining what Baseline does best and what their technology could do better. His numbers for cost and production were the most accurate of the different options, and he worked with us to find ways to boost them even further. And although it shouldn't factor into it, he also saved us years of stress and aggravation by finding a manufacturing defect in our home that no one, including the builder, had noticed. Had he not taken the time to point it out, we have have had tens of thousands of dollars in costly repairs after the warranty had expired. The system has been put on our roof and is working great, both Alan and Robert have been extremely helpful throughout, explaining every aspect in detail and taking little professional touches like removing shoes and vacuuming up dust. I can't say how good other solar installers in the area are, but I'm confident that Baseline is the best

Baseline Solar installed my system 6 months ago and it is performed well. All Baseline Solar personnel with which I have had contact were all very professional and competent.
