Bass Pro Shops

Like I tell one of the employees: " this is not my type of store" just because I don’t hunt or fish. I get an epoxy to stick my drone but I fall in love of the Clothes they have here OMG , probably i need $300 just to get all the beautiful things I saw . That was my first time coming to this store and "exploring" I love the clothing. The store is huge

What a huge store! It was my first time at a BassPro shop to buy fishing tackle, and I was completely overwhelmed. There was so much selection, and the prices were absolutely reasonable. The store was very clean, and the employees were very courteous and friendly! Unfortunately, they were out of live bait, and the selection was too limited! But I'd go back anytime!

Me and my husband went to bass pro shop to purchase a bass boat and we had an excellent experience ,after leaving trupens marine that treated us bad we checked bass pro shop out and they treated us like family we so happy we made a purchase from here. From the time we talk on the phone til the final transaction was outstanding. Simone and skip was super nice and codee I take my hat off to him he deserves a standing ovation. I hope cooperate see this because these people needs there recognition. They took pride in serving us and I wanted to think them and we will be back.

Great place, first time visitor from the UK. I loved the aquarium and having the bench to sit and watch the fish was great. Staff pleasant and helpful. Will return

3.5 stars, if it were possible. Prices are very good on ammunition, which is why I go here. You usually get in and out fairly quickly, considering how busy it is. As someone else mentioned in a recent review, you can't walk in without multiple people soliciting you about the store credit card and vacation packages. It's annoying because this is the only location that does this. There are also a ton of missing price tags on the shelves and no way to check prices without asking a team member. Spend less time soliciting customers and more time adhering to basic retail standards.

Staff was very friendly aside from a Karen manager. Spent over 800 to get a John boat and getting the paperwork to register it was a job in itself. Had several employees trying to figure out which papers I needed which was odd because they sell a lot of boats? Seemed like everyone’s first time having to get the paperwork though? The manager lady, sadly didn’t get her name, kept insulting them for not knowing which papers I needed. Almost spoke up because hello!!! You’re the manager and you don’t know? Pleasant experience all in all aside from hearing her talk down to the staff.

The store had an excellent inventory. It was laid out well and a greeter at the entrance can steer you in the direction. While I was shopping, an associate asked me If I needed amy help as well. Thats great customer service!
