Very fast and great service! I called ahead to check if they had the right fob I needed, they reserved it for me till I got off work without me even asking! When I walked in an employee remembered me from hours earlier and took care of my fob replacement very fast and everyone was polite. I would definitely recommend.

I had the most amazing experience at this location. The customer service is beyond excellent. I had my scooter battery serviced and the care and attention I received was awesome. I had one additional issue that could not be addressed by this company, however they were so gracious and referred me to a DME location who was able to address and fix my issue. I felt very strongly about stopping back by the batteries plus store to let them know how much I appreciated the referral and the care they took to ensure I was able to get resolution. This place is great!!!

The most pleasure-able experience I’ve had while shopping for a car battery replacement. It all started with a phone call to the Park Ln and N central Expressway location. The associate gave me detailed information and took the time to explain to me my options. Once I walked into the Coit location, I was treated with great respect and the help was very generous, polite, and professional. Would recommend this company and location for a car replacement. Second time using the product and I noticed the difference from the competitor brands.

I came here for a new car battery. It was my first time buying a car battery and I honestly did not know what to expect. I was amazed at how easy the process was and the excellent customer service I received. I forgot to get the names of the two gentlemen who helped me out, but a big thank you to them! From our initial phone conversation to the end of the process, they were friendly and helpful. They installed the new battery very quickly and made the process go very smoothly. They were even willing to give the higher end battery when mine wasn’t in stock. I highly recommend this location!

I thought I needed a new battery and after viewing a video on replacing it myself realized I could do it, but didn't really have the tools, and it would take me a long time with the wrong tools and I was already a mess from jump starting my car. I was delighted to see that I could schedule an install in a few minutes at a store very close to me, but when I went to start my car and it started right up, thought maybe I didn't need a new battery after all and maybe just left something on. When I got to the store, they checked my battery before replacing it and it was fine. NO CHARGE! Great experience! Hoping to give them some business at some point! Very nice guy working at the Richardson Store. Been there 4 years!
