Batteries Plus

This was one of those retail experiences that I just HAVE to share. A man greeted us like he was genuinely happy to see us. He tested and replaced fob batteries in a snap. Offered but didn’t push replacement plan. We even found toys for the kids, and a fantastic battery organizer with tester included, that every family should own, for twenty bucks. I’m serious. You need one of these. I only wish I knew the man’s name. He acted like an owner.

Filed a claim to have my phone repaired and took it here, they replaced the broken back and camera glass but did not replace the clearly damaged camera lens. They sent me in circles back to the insurance company. I don't understand why they would patch over broken parts like that.

Quick service to replace my key fob battery…and just in time because my key fob wouldn’t lock my car door when I got out. Not only was the service quick (in about a quarter of the time it would have taken me) but it was free because I had previously paid a nominal fee for the replacement guarantee!

These people use cheap replacement batteries and don’t explain that iPhone will not recognize the battery they installed. So iPhone cannot track the health of your new battery. Plus they aren’t very good at what they do they broke my iPad screen and order the wrong part to replace it with . I had to wait two wetti get my iPad back. Then they refused to give me the military discount I deserve for my service to this country. And on top of that the clerk was a smart ass about it. Avoid this store until the employees are replaced with a better quality of people

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. This is the local provider for repairs on my nephews phone. By local I mean it’s an hour drive one way. We are constantly told service can be done and when we get there they can’t do the service for some reason or another. Always blamed on someone who isn’t currently at the store. We are now on our 5th trip that’s 10 hours of driving and still don’t have the phone fixed.

Austin was great. Took my bestie to get her phone screen fixed. Went to the Dalton location and they didn't have a screen for her phone. Called the Gunbarrel location and Austin was great on the phone and took great care of us. Did a great job on her iPhone screen!!
