Kumukit did an excellent job installing our solar panels. We now have a system of 30 panels and 2 batteries in Kaneohe. Eddie coordinated with our 3rd party electrician to finish the 200 amp electrical upgrade so we could activate the new system upon completion of the solar installation. Eddie walked us through how to use the apps to monitor system performance. I highly recommend Kumukit.

Great service from the Hawaii Energy Connection – Edward was friendly and knowledgeable. He was quick to return text messages (even on the weekend). All paperwork (with MTA and HECO) was completed and submitted by them. Scheduling and installation was quick and the crew was also efficient. There were some problems with initiation of the system but the person troubleshot and handled it very well. And at the end, there was a great detailed debrief on the system and the app. We had referred them to a good family friend who is now in the process of getting his Kumukit installed before the end of the year. This was our second time using Hawaii Energy Connection and a return customer is always a good indication of the quality of a company.

This is the second time I have worked with Kumu Kit (the first time was in 2012) and both experiences were excellent. They did what they said they would do, they did it on time and professionally. Kumukit customer service ad technician support has been exceptional. We first got our solar panels installed through them and then had the batteries installed after 2 years. The installation team were very professional and knew their stuff very well. What I was most impressed about is their attention to details including a time when we had a leak during a storm. They were honest and owned up saying it was caused by one of the panels that was installed. They came and fixed it promptly. They have been very accommodating with my requests and have never let me down. I would highly recommend for your energy needs.
