Sandy at Airway Heights Mini Storage was the greatest asset to my move from Alabama to Spokane. She worked with us at every turn and had such an amazing understanding of what we needed. A lot of times during a big move you run into roadblocks. People that won't budge, are difficult, or charge you extras for little things here and there just to rack up the bill. Sandy was not only easy to work with, she also made our transition to Spokane so smooth that I will now, on the basis of HER ALONE! recommend everyone moving here to use Airway Heights Mini Storage and Penske! I cannot emphasize enough what great value she adds to the company and she deserves all the props in the world. When I need to move again I will surely use her for Penske rentals and storage. Her kindness was my first interaction in the entire Washington area and is unmatched by anyone else in our whole move process while moving across 10 different US States. My gratitude is immense.

This was by far one of the best storage companies I have dealt with! The Storage facilities were easy to locate, super clean and safe as well. Sandy who is the main front desk lady is truly a pleasure to do business with as well as converse with. She has a huge heart that speaks for itself, I loved how if she ever stepped away from the desk there was a note on the front door notifying when she would return!

DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!! My unit got broken into TWICE. The first time luckily nothing got stolen since they were caught on time the second time, I was not so lucky and management did nothing! They let me know days after it had happened and when I had just paid at the beginning of the month. It happened on the 2nd or 3rd of the month and they found out about it on the 10th I believe. I asked if they can please just give me a refund for the month because I was going to get my things out and move elsewhere and they said no. Especially given that they failed to let me know immediately after the burglary happened, but no I found out days later. I no longer felt like my things were protected or that they cared. I had bought one of their locks as well that could only be sawed off with a drill. Those people who stole from my unit and others peoples unit are still out there in the area. PLEASE DONT USE THEM.

I’ve had storage there many yrs . And have been completely with peace of mind knowing my things were safe. The staff always went beyond the call of duty in arranging my departure . As well as when I had questions always answering phone calls and questions. There’s great dedication in the company . I highly recommend you will be treated well and given peace of mind when renting there storages and Penske trucks ! They care for you the customer! Your belongings matter ! Thank you

The best storage facility I've been with and sandy really cares about the people and there property and goes above and beyond to protect it!! She make rounds on the property several times every day and even stopped a robbery in progress on my unit and made them put everything back in before having them dealt with!
