Leaf filter lied to us and submitted an order for a partial install. We had another gutter cover on our house and they made their system look like a life time system. Not. So they deceived us by hiding the install order form. And they took away our other gutter protection on the 2 gutters they x-d out to not cover. If they weren't going to put their system on these 2 gutters WHY WOULD THEY TAKE AWAY THE PROTECTION WE ALREADY HAD ON THERE? Why? They left us vulnerable for a year and the water that was supposed to go down the spout to the 8,000.00 French drain instead went on the ground under our porch & our garage started taking on water when it rained. They refuse to take responsibility fir their criminal action and damage they caused to our home. Do not hire this company. Leaf Filter is a thief and have no integrity. You still have to get up on a ladder & clean the top of the gutter off.

Forced marketing. Extortion at its finest. They will let people post anything they want with no recourse or policing. It borders on slander and liable for honest businesses who choose not be a "paid subscriber". I will be contacting the attorney general, FTC, and other intrested parties about their practices. Its a sad word we live in when you can publicly extort people under the disguise of an "orginanization".

Valentine was very helpful with my filing a complaint against Victor's home solutions .. Victor's home solutions refuses to come out and fix the problem with the roof that they put on I would never do business with them again and I have told everyone they do terrible workmanship they don't want to fix anything once they're done they should have put replacement wood on the edges but they didn't want to do that that would be too time-consuming they're more concerned about doing the roof in one day whether it's a good job or not . I'm filing a complaint against Victor's home solutions with the better Business bureau I pray that the better Business bureau will correct this terrible mess that this company has done to my house

STAY AWAY FROM LEAF FILTER!!!!! They are a bunch of slippery individuals that are just out to make a quick buck. They do sub-standard work, always looking for the easy way out, just to get the job done. They slammed a 6" gutter above my front porch that is about 4" to low on one end. During heavy rains, the water overshoots the gutter. I called them back about it and they said, "Your issue is a facia/roofing problem." Their policy is such that they do not do roofing, so they are going to do NOTHING. STAY AWAY FROM LEAF FILTER!!!!!!

I spoke with Jennifer today inquiring about a complaint, only to find that I had only given a review of the company. She was very helpful, kind, patient, and understanding. She was awesome!

The BBB simply accepted the lies and misstatements provided by the company. No personal follow up and no effort to help resolve the issue.
