My wife and I have purchased two pontoon boats from Boatmasters in Akron over the last 3 years. The level of professionalism from the entire staff has been nothing short of incredible. When we requested information about the boat that we purchased that was on order we always received answers right away. Communication is the key to the success of any business, and they always exceeded our expectations. We will continue to recommend Boat Masters to our friends, family, and neighbors. Everyone from the sales team was fantastic from Greg the general manager, Noah the salesman, and Lexi the finance person should all be commended.

I worked with Dustin to help me purchase a new Bennington Pontoon and also helped me secure a great dock on Portage Lakes. He helped me find the right pontoon and I never felt pressured to go above what I wanted to spend. Would definitely do business here again.

I recently tried to sell my boat back to Boat Masters (after receiving an email saying inventory was low and they were looking) and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. I was in contact with their general manager, Greg, who initially gave me clear instructions about how the process would go. However, once I arrived at the dealership, it became clear that Greg's information was not only wrong but misleading. Despite having an appointment, no one was expecting me, and none of the staff knew how to help me. The lack of professionalism and communication was astonishing. Greg was unapologetic and dismissive, showing no interest in resolving the issue or even addressing the inconvenience. It was evident that they didn’t care about my time or business. If you're considering selling your boat or doing business with Boat Masters, I would recommend going elsewhere. Their communication is terrible, their customer service is even worse, and it’s clear they have no respect for their customers.

Just bought used Bennington. Had excellent experience and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a boat to go to Boat Masters. Boat had a couple of small holes in the seats and without even asking if they could repair the manager had seats repaired and they look great.

Great experience with Boat Masters Marine. Bought a beautiful Bennington Pontoon boat and dual axle trailer. The professionalism prior to the purchase was great and the pickup was flawless. Would recommend to anyone who wants a Bennington.

Called them and asked if they had a 4 inch exhaust boot for my boat. Guy asks what it’s for and we informed him it’s a Volvo penta. He immediately said no don’t have it. Started then arguing with us on the phone when we persisted and said we just need a 4 inch exhaust boot it shouldn’t matter the exact brand. It was 30 mins before they closed so we then drove over there to show them the boot and lo and behold they had the EXACT BOOT in stock. Parts clerk was not very kind. I’ll be coming here for my parts cause truly don’t have a lot of options, but customer service is lacking.
