Camping World RV Sales

Buyers beware! I flew from Fl to pick up an RV that I was told had been checked over and way near perfect, super clean, everything was great. During inspection they could not get the power turned on at first, the power to the unit had not been checked, but because of my expenses getting there i decided to continue. When checking the water and its heater, water began leaking from the heater tank across the floor, they hadn't checked the water heater. After this they brought me inside said the manager was in a meeting, took all day to tell me they would split the cost of the water heater. this was unacceptable as the price was negotiated made on claims the unit was in perfect working order, then was told they're would be no negotiation over price (i agreed 2k under asking) but they would cover the full cost of repair, but I had to sign for the unit and pick it up the next day, despite not even finishing a walkthrough. I told them this was also unacceptable and they made there take out our leave it claim so I walked out. A week later after returning home empty handed, I got an automated email saying the price on my desired unit has been reduced 7k dollars!! These people are scam artists and thought they could stick me in a RV at near asking price in a state a disrepair because I would be immediately taking it halfway across the country and their "As-Is" clause would protect them no matter what. The managers, finance people and sales staff are used cars hustlers who will lie to your face to take your money. Do not trust them!

I love this place! Even before we had a RV it was always a great experience!! The people are always friendly and helpful!! The show room is so much fun! It always gives me so much entertainment and amazement walking through and seeing how absolutely awesome and beautifully crafted the new and unique models are! It’s a great time to visit this place!! I feel like a kid in the candy store!!!!

Camping World gets a bum rap from the RV community. We had a great experience. The salesman John Price, I give 6 stars out of 5. This guy doesn't need to be there, he just likes selling RVs. Don't let him fool you! It was a MISERABLE day, cold, pouring rain, the RV we wanted to look at was down the road at the other part of their lot. John didn't hesitate one bit, we jumped in our cars and headed right down. He answered every single question we had. When it came time to work a deal he walked us through the whole process and set us up to come back to close on it. John's approach made it seem like he really cares that you get the right RV for you and it doesn't stop there. He was admanant that he takes care of people after the sale. And he's been true to his word! There have been a few issues with the RV. One of the motor covers from the awning blew off, the under belly is falling down, there is a bit of insulation poking out and maybe a leak. I send an email, and bam John is calling service dept and getting things lined up to get it all addressed. We have an appt coming up on 6/26 to get all of this stuff addressed. I'm confident I won't have to come back here and update this review! In addition to John Price, we had a great experience with George Nava. He walked us through every single thing on that RV. We are first time RVers and my fiance even asked to record him as he explained stuff to us so she wouldn't have to remember it. If only car salesman went over things that thoroughly! Finance dept was also a breeze. Not one surprise or issue. Right in, right out. Now 3 weeks later after we closed we went back to Camping World to buy a bunch more accessories. John seen us walking and came over to talk to us. The finance manager seen us and remembered us, came over and said hi. Elizabeth in the service dept has been great getting us all setup to get multiple issues dealt with. Don't listen to social media or ReddIt RV groups, this Camping World is top notch. Go See John and crew! We'll definitely be back for our next one!

John Price was our salesman, and we were so happy to have him!!!!! He's been there for almost 20 years and is well seasoned, and he was a font of information on every RV. He never tried to upsell us for a minute, and he found the perfect RV for us. Another shout out is for Holly in parts department, she had my washer/dryer delivered in 2 days (over a Sunday) and kept me updated on instillation, researched all of my other requests and inquiries, that I wanted installed, and would get back within 24hrs to me, she knows her stuff too!!

It was awesome. I specifically told them I was not buying anything for 3 to 6 months. My sales person spent a lot of time showing me the campers that matched my criteria. Then I asked"so what else you got" and we looked at more. I will be buying my camper there. When a sales person spends that much time knowing you may not even purchase anything... That's awesome... I'm sold.i would go there to buy your camper but I don't want you to get the one I want I'm not even going to look elsewhere. I don't think I could find a better person to deal with. I will look at prices elsewhere. But this person sold me. This is how to earn money to live. Thank you very much for your time and great energy and experience ♥️

John was amazing and very generous with what Camping World had to offer. He was very kind and honest! Randy walked us through every step of our new Travel Trailer. Jimmy was very efficient in Finance. If you are looking to buy an RV, this is the place to go! We cannot say enough about this company!

Had a great experience when buying our RV. Andrew and Randy were great answering all our questions and made us feel confident in our purchase.
