Overcharges for just about everything. When I was 18, these guys charged me well over $1k for a timing belt replacement on my 03 Ford Focus. Took advantage of me big time, and I didn't even realize how badly I got scammed until a chief mechanic at another shop politely explained and showed me the prices at the time. I will strongly discourage everyone from going to any NAPA store for all time.

There wasn't a single time I talked to someone that didn't have auto tech knowledge. We need more people like this in parts stores. And Napa brand parts are great quality from my personal experience.

Stopped in the store to purchase wipers. Two men at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Larry went above and beyond installed the blades and checked the tire pressure!!! Exceptional customer service!!

It's not just another auto parts store.... it's NAPA!! NAPA is the best in it's field. The store was exceptionally clean and organized. The person at the counter was very informative and helpful. Their prices are moderate and I recommend NAPA to everyone.

They were complaining, not with a bad attitude at all, about driver no touch freight, wich is what I do as an OTR driver, even with them used to driver assisting the process, they were fast and friendly not a problem.
