David was a HUGE help with helping me get my headlights replaced! The woman inside the store was a great help as well helping me figure out which bulbs would be best for me to get. 10/10 customer experience!!
3-4 employees behind the counter doing nothing...wait one was stuffing his face and the others were on there phones. I literally came for a lug nut and stud. She couldn't grasp what I needed. Tried selling me a $200 hub bearing. Employees behind her heard me and offered no help. It's always like that there. My last trip.
I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Greg for his outstanding customer service. Last week, I needed brakes delivered to a local garage, and Greg went above and beyond to help me out. The store is fantastic, with great prices, and Greg's assistance truly made the experience exceptional. Highly recommend!
