All My Sons Moving & Storage of Albuquerque

Your worker Thomas was EXTREMELY unprofessional. He was rude. He took MANY breaks. He would move one item and either go take a break in the truck or a break to go smoke. He even was laying down in the truck once taking a nap. He was definitely running the clock and even made multiple comments to the other mover Eric about wanting to take his time to "get paid". I ended up paying double than what I was told at booking and the job took nearly all day, over 6 hours for a small 2bedroom apartment. There was only 2 guys instead of the standard 3-4, which now affected myself the customer. The other guy Eric was great, I felt bad that he was given this guy to "help him". He did 90% of everything. My brother ended up helping Eric because Thomas was missing majority of the time. Thomas even damaged multiple items. He ruined my door of the apartment I was moving out of, which I will now have to pay for. He put tape all over my dresser mirror which I am unable to take off. No one knows why, not even the other coworker Eric who spent 20 min apologizing and trying to help me take it off. We were unable to get it all off. I will add pictures for reference.

I hired All My Sons for a short local move. The crew started out great, but they made a huge mistake — they left an entire room of my belongings behind. Yes, I should’ve double-checked, I’m disabled and was physically exhausted, grieving the loss of my father, and TRUSTED them to be thorough. When I called to report it, the person was condescending and unhelpful. He eventually offered to fix it — but only after my move-out deadline, which didn’t help at all. My girlfriend called to try and resolve it, things got worse. They falsely accused me of being threatening, told her it sounded like "a personal problem," and a corporate rep actually said, "I see why he hung up on you," before hanging up on her. They told us they "won’t bump other customers" — basically, once they’ve got your money, you’re no longer a priority. The movers themselves were good, they made a mistake, it happens. but if there’s a problem, you’re screwed. I’m now scrambling for help before I get hit with late move-out penalties.

Jacob and the crew did an outstanding job with our move. They were courteous and careful with all of our furniture and possessions. Jacob especially ensured everything was taken care of from the time they arrived. We did a walk through, and he put together a plan and kept everything and everyone on schedule. We cannot recommend All My Sons and Jacob highly enough! They were great!

I had an amazing experience with this moving company, especially as it was the first time I’ve ever hired a moving company (vs. DIY) ever before. They were so quick to respond to my initial inquiry, friendly, and understanding of my moving situation. I always felt confident I was in good hands. I loved that I could text the company (vs. have to call, sit on hold, talk to someone) with packing-related questions I had before my move. The movers showed up on time and were efficient on my moving day. They handled everything with care and kept my budget in mind, helping me save money and reduce costs without compromising safety. They had movers completed my move ahead of my expected timeline and under my expected cost. I would 10/10 recommend All My Sons to anyone moving in ABQ. What a load off my plate to ease the moving burden with less stress and so easy to deal, plus affordable and efficient too.

The move was so easy. Jake F and Eric M were terrific and went above and beyond. They even were able to start earlier than scheduled so we got done faster. I really recommend All My Son's service it was definitely better than moving everything ourselves.

Today we had to help my parents move from their home of over 40 years. When our moving team arrived we were nervous and hopeful that the experience would be smooth and painless. Jake, Levi, and our 3rd kind and considerate mover made us feel like we could trust them and the full filled and beyond. Our possessions were handled carefully and they even helped us find the right spot until it felt right. They were excellent and professional and kind. We hope not to have to do this again but if we did we would use this team again.
