I have shopped at this store many times and every time the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Was interesting to read the article in the Albuquerque Business Outlook, Sept. 28, and get to know who owned the franchise. Thank you for a providing great products, hiring & keeping good employees, and being "hands-on" owners. I'll be back!

Excellent store! Friendly and professional staff who knew their batteries and were able to fill my needs. I have been to several different Battery plus locations over the years and every one has been great.

I called the store to check availability of a battery and Cameron was extremely helpful, so after being my order on-line I went to the store, which is about 30 miles from home. I was greeted by Marcus who brought in the old battery, tested and confirmed my suspicion of a bad battery. After verifying my order on-line as correct, we sealed the deal and he carried to my vehicle. Both fellows were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to do business here.

If you are hoping to recycle household batteries and light bulbs like myself, apparently you can't do that here. Despite the website explicitly stating that you are able to recycle "household batteries, fluorescent tube lighting, and LED bulbs." The exact items I brought in today. I asked the employee where I should take the household batteries if I couldn't recycle them there and he said "you can just throw them away, there's nothing harmful in them." Technically yes, you can throw them away, but to say there's nothing harmful in them?! When they are proven to have harmful effects on the environment? Definitely not at all a correct statement and I am disappointed that he is encouraging people to do so.

Purchased motorcycle battery got home to install and hardware was missing return to store get hardware was bag or battery is missing nuts

It was processed quickly, and they even let me use their washroom to clean up after I changed out my truck's battery. Thanks, and well done.

Sold me wrong battery - as soon as I got home tried to install I called them to advise they had sold me the wrong battery - I specifically asked if they had the correct one in stock as was advised yes, so headed back to store again, only to decoder they didn’t have correct battery in stock and advised it would take four weeks to obtain the correct battery 🙁
