This place sucks… you can call and call they do not answer… we bought an AC unit that failed within 30 days… that’s a long ways from the 2 year warranty… they said they needed info off the unit which we got for them and since have not heard from them… they said they needed the info for Coleman so they could follow the proper channels for replacing the unit… that was 3-4 weeks ago… phone goes straight to voicemail… DO NOT recommend doing business with them… we will continue to reach out and leave voicemails until something is done about the $1500 we spent with them…

I guve it no stars. When to pick up my car and hade a dent on the side. Ask them and they made it a big deal. Kicking me out of there. Yelling and me and my wife. Infront my my children.

Super helpful and knowledgeable. Adam is The Best! I will continue to go there for my travel trailer needs.

Their customer service over the phone is horrible. Unfortunately, I do not remember the person's name but if they don't want to look for a part, you are put on hold till you hang up.

Adam! Is fantastic! Always goes out of his way to help. Between him and I seems like we will figure it out. Had a back up in Grey and black water tank, Adam was a big help! Thank you Adam and central trailer.

Used to be great, now they don't seem to want to answer the phone, if they do they are rude and not as knowledgeable as they used to be. Their stock has also swindled and their willingness to help has morphed into them being annoyed that they had to answer a call.

Joe was very helpful and patient!!! Helped me with a complicated tow hitch set up for my car! Best customer service! Thank you!
