Worked with Gus who is very knowledgeable about computing needs for running software. I came in looking for a used computer and communicated my budget and software needs and Gus was able to match me with a brand new unit that fulfilled those needs without overselling me. The team at Daedalus helped me to get started with my new hardware including a free year of antivirus. They have also communicated to me that they will be able to upgrade the memory on my new computer if needed later. 5 stars for knowledge and customer service. Would recommend to anyone who wants to feel confident in their computer purchases/upgrades/repairs.

Well come back to update once my computer is fixed with more info but, so far I love it! Friendly staff, clean store, and very informative for around how long service will take. Going above and beyond to keep people updated on each thing done to their pc, and suggestions for future hardware updates!

I came in to get my PC looked at and had a great experience Jacob helped me an he was super nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend this place!

I had malware. Gus and the guys fixed me up and loaded Windows 11. All my stuff was saved. I'll go back to them again. Thumbs up.

Went in looking for a power cable for my new GPU. Gus was very friendly and helpful and made sure I got what I needed. My computer did not blow up, 5/5 would come back!
