Attention Drivers! ... Please, for the love of God, Buddha, Allah or whomever you pray to, will someone PLEASE spend some $5's and $10's in this place! I buy $3.00 lighter with a $20 the cashier starts counting off $ingles like his last job was the door man at a 1990's Gentlemen's club! Maybe the manager could walk over to the Denny's and see if the waitresses could raid the tip jar in exchange for $40-$60 in $5's and $10's Heck the massage parlor across the street or Barber might make some change. Wrap your mind around this for a minute. How does a multi billion dollar company NOT have change on hand with as busy as this place is "On the weekend!" Call the Loomis Armored truck service, they're only 7 miles down the road.
They do not clean the shower at all. They wipe up the water then put new towels in and that is it. The floor has not been swept in God knows how long. Hair all over the floor in big clumps and I have no idea or want to know what is piled up in every corner. The countertop and seat where sticky. Toothpaste splatters still on the mirror. Soap scum build up all over the shower. I had to spend 15 to 20 minutes just cleaning the areas that I'm going to be touching and putting my stuff on (thank God I bring my own cleaner with me). Then someone started banging on the door saying I had been in there too long and the there are no signs saying there is a time limit(only been in there about 45 minutes at this time)but the funny thing is that if I didn't have to spend that time cleaning it up to feel ok that I would catch something I would have been done and gone. Then I seen the guy that was so called cleaning the shower room and no wonder the showers are so dirty he looks like he has not shower in a week or longer himself. As a truck driver that spends most of his time on the road I should at least be able to stop and get a clean shower especially when you either pay 20 dollars or buy 50 gallons of fuel for a shower credit it should be clean for the love of God. My company only uses Pilot/Flying J for fuel so yeah we spend a lot of money on fuel, food, drinks, and many other things at Pilot/Flying J. We should get a clean shower. The rest of the staff where nice but the guy so called cleaning the showers needs to be shown how to clean them and have a better customer service because some people may take longer then others because of age or health problems. And he should show up to work with clean clothes and look professional instead of looking like he has been on a week long bender in dirty clothes and looking like has not seen a shower himself in the same amount of time. This was a nice truck stop at one point of time but sadly not any more. I will not spend one dime here every again and I will not be stopping here either.
To wash clothes 23.00 for Hot Water…… 2.75 for any other temperature!?!?!?! No signs anywhere, No Warning!!!! Total and complete RIP OFF of OUR TRUCK DRIVERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that are choosing to do their Resets at their locations!!! Go to the Manager? NO! You’ll be met by the counter person saying " Oh! He already knows!". knows what? Knows he’s hiding? Knows he’s ripping the drivers off? This isn’t Tarriff’s this was his choice! He sets the price on the washers!!!!!!! His items in the store and so on. RIP OFF I’d PC somewhere if i were you, we will next time!
I am so grateful that they put in the new charging station for the electric vehicles. I used to work at the Denny's inside, and I've been a customer for many, many years. But I come here more often now because of the EV chargers. The store is always clean. There are lots of options, even though I'm always disappointed when there aren't any peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, but I can usually find some alternative snack to satisfy my cravings. I really enjoy the massage chair, since I have extreme lower back pain. It has helped to alleviate some of that pain. Thank you all very much. And may God bless you.
It was a pretty cool place really tight parking spaces, but it was enough for room to maneuver the bathrooms, the TV room the shopping area the beverage area the cinema Road area. Everything seems cool, clean and friendly. The only problem that I had with this place was the parking lot has to be washed down the whole place smell like urine. I’ve never been to a truck stop where the asphalt is soaked up with urine. There’s no running water just urine smell everywhere.
The personnel? I’m not quite sure how to answer bc the woman at register was ‘ok’ with us? But we felt real bad for a guy having problems at the fuel pump, he came in twice that we seen, asking for help bc the pump was screwed up? That woman was rude to him like it was a problem to let her know there’s an issue out there & just kept blowing the guy off- unacceptable! Rude as hell! That alone deserves zero stars but they don’t allow that! *Store is pretty loaded up, bathrooms clean (didn’t use showers). Hot & cold on-the-go foods, snacks, souvenirs, Trucker lounge. Cement lot. Security guard in store, didn’t see any out in lot & man you guys need it outside, there’s some pretty shotty people begging coming up to trucks:/ Fuel lanes are crazy & trucks pulling in from opposite left us stuck for almost 15 mins trying to get through to park. Not a great visit…
