Desiree was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly from our first phone call to service. She also worked with our "extended warranty" company to get work covered and kept us informed along the way. We highly recommend La Mesa.

My 2023 Entegra Launch had a safety recall. I contacted Desiree C., Service Advisor, and she scheduled my appointment. The day of the appointment, she told me she would do her best to get me in as soon as possible. She explained the process and kept me appraised throughout the repair. I got out sooner than expected and appreciate their quality of service. Excellent customer care.

Our brand new RV had a catastrophic failure and sadly went back to the shop for repair of the hydraulic system, one of the slide outs, and a mystery short. While it was all covered by warranty, it was still a massive amount of work. Nicole and the team kept us updated as progress was made and checked in when they eventually had to improvise, but they figured it out and got everything in tip top shape. It took over two months back and forth with warranty approval and ordering parts, but they got it on the road again and we are deeply grateful. I’m happy to leave a review here to recognize their hard work. Thanks to everyone at La Mesa ABQ!

Good people and good service! We were over 2,000 miles from home when our 2004 Thor Gemini RV coach door deadbolt would not unlock, with the door in the closed position, so that we had to climb into the coach via the passenger or driver’s seats. We contacted La Mesa RV and spoke with Dominic who was able to schedule an appointment at the last minute as we were only going to be passing through the area. The maintenance team was able to open the door and repair the lock; so no more climbing through the driving compartment to get into the coach. Thank you to the staff at La Mesa.

Frustrating and disappointing are the two words I'd use to describe our experience with La Mesa RV. If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased an Entegra Launch from them last year and it has been nothing but trouble. Multiple service bulletins and warranty issues in the first year with this van including recalls for the battery system. To add to this headache the dealership is of very little assistance. We have had to drive it hours from where we live because only the dealership can work on the issues and since the van is kept for weeks/months at a time two people have to drive down or we have to purchase a plane ticket. Additionally, even when they've known the issues we are driving down for they will not order the needed parts until the van is on site meaning they have to keep it even longer! I also just learned that the side slider window on our van, which hasn't worked since the week we brought it home, has to be serviced in a different location and we are being asked to drive it from the dealership to the other location in Albuquerque despite living 4 hours away. Make it make sense, La Mesa! Please don't add stress to your life by purchasing from this dealership and please please stay away from the Entegra Launch.

BEWARE!!! This company does not help after signing on that dotted line. Purchased an extended warranty however that does no good here! When calling to schedule some time for them to look at the water heater I was told "I think you would be happy elsewhere" and refused me service. Not once did I get upset or disrespectful. Writing this so that others know how worthless these people are after they have your money.

Would love to say more but have spent this season waiting for the smallest window on my Winnebago era. Was supposed to take 10 weeks, but after that time had passed received no contact whatsoever. I finally reached out to ask and was told that Winnebago has "no eta". Well that’s great. So glad I waited around to find out the folks here don’t really do anything about anything. They just give you a fake number and hope you will forget about it.
