I connected with Joey A. with Miller's Insulation by chance approximately 1 1/2 years prior while seeking a solution for repairing some torn insulation on a commercial building. Joey was straight-forward and honest regarding the repairs and offered cost-effective solutions. Fast forward to Fall 2024, I needed insulation for a residential project in ABQ. I received quotes from two other local insulation companies for spray foam and blown-in insulation options. Quotes from the other companies came in high, and I felt pressured and rushed to sign a contract, so I reached back out to Joey (who typically only does commercial). Joey made the effort to come by and take a look at my project. Joey was again patient, knowledgeable, and gave me pros/cons and understandable explanations for choices between foam, cellulose, and fiberglass insulation options. I ended up going with blow-in fiberglass in the attic and batts in the crawlspace. Technicians Oscar and Victor did a phenomenal work, as it was it a tough project. They lined the rafters, covered the non-IC electrical boxes in the attic, and stuffed ever crevice in the crawlspace. The results were phenomenal and immediately noticeable! I have other homes in the area that need updated insulation, so I will be calling Miller's again. Thanks again, Joey!

Nothing but great things to say about Millers insulation team. Luis handled my questions and bid for job, he also came by weeks after completion to make sure my wife and I were satisfied. Instillation was very professional and efficient, would highly recommend Millers to anyone without hesitation!

Millers Insulation initially performed a blown-in fiberglass insulation job at our residence in Albuquerque in 2011. A recent inspection in july 2022 determined that the cavity was found to be only partially filled. I contacted Miller’s Insulation to discuss options to complete this work given the current condition of our house. Estimator Paul Schultz immediately responded, came out to the house to look at the job and concluded that more work needed to be done by Miller’s. A few days later Miller’s techs showed up and filled in the remaining cavity as best they could given the vy the limited access to the cavity space that was now available. These folks were very professional and easy to deal with. There was never any mention of an additional charge to do the work, and they recognized that an inadequate job and been done in 2011. This is a quality local company that has been around since 1985 for good reason. I would highly recommend them for the insulation job you may need, based on my experience. They truly stand behind their work even after 11 years!

The experience with the Miller Insulation representative was beyond my expectations. Louis gave me a thorough description of the job, answered my questions and showed me the finished product. Most of all, my wife and I developed a great rapport with Louis, who even listened to some of my life adventures. When he finished, I had confidence that he did a professional job and in his expertise and skills. There is no doubt that I would highly recommend Miller Insulation to anyone who needs this service. Millers installed ceiling insulation in two large suites at the Zecca Plaza in Gallup, NM. Work was completed on time and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use this company again.

Use anyone else for insulation but, if you must, make sure you inspect the job before paying. On Feb 3 I employed Miller's to install insulation under my house via a crawl space access. The crew was over 1.5 hours late to begin the work and no one from Miller's came to inspect the job. That evening I noticed my heating system making a strange noise; every time the furnace would shut off there was this loud clatter in the ducts. On February 11 I had a plumber come to my house for a separate project for which crawl space access was needed. My plumber notified me that my heating duct work was dismantled and laying on the ground beneath the house (pictures attached). I also came to find out that the down-draft vent in my furnace closet had been completely obscured by insulation and there was concern expressed over the lack of strapping to hold the insulation in place. When I contacted Millers my sales rep, Paul, initially tried to argue that they were not responsible for the damage, however, Paul finally acquiesced and sent out an HVAC company the same day to repair the damage done to my property and the down-draft vent was cleared. I was told by Paul that someone would be coming around to inspect the project. Meanwhile, I received the bill and heard nothing further from Millers. I finally contacted Paul on  Feb 25 to have the job inspected so that I could pay the bill. A crew was sent out on March 3. When Paul arrived at my home I answered the doorbell, Paul opened the screen door and walked straight into my house with another man I'd never met and who was not introduced to me. As these two men walked past me through my house Paul briefly explained that they had to look at the vent in the furnace closet. After showing them to the backyard crawl space access I returned inside and locked the door, which I am grateful for because later Paul tried to come in without knocking to talk about their inspection. Ultimately, the inspection claimed that proper tension strapping had been installed but they elected to install more, per my concerns and, what was intimated to be, a kindness extended to me. I expressed my concerns over the quality of the job, the damage to my property, and the poor response time in getting the final inspection completed. It was explained to me that they are very busy and that my crawl space is small so the job was difficult, but ultimately a 50% reduction in the final bill was agreed to in order to "make me feel better". I wish that I had asked for 100% reduction.

Paul and his team did amazing work. They over delivered in every way. the installation was fast and professional.
